Plant ManipulationVeronica manipulate plant life as she sees fit with incredible ease, though she is known to have "growth spurts" when she is overwhelmed with an emotion, cause various types of impact to the plant life around her depending on what emotion she is feeling overwhelmed by. This, as well as with excessive usage of her mutation, can cause her to be both physically and emotionally drained.In her earlier years, Blythe was known to have a stronger affiliation with flowering type plants, but not limited to them alone. The range of her feel of plant life is unknown, but is predicted to be near limitless. Her range for control of them, however, has yet to be determined fully.Veronica can often be found whispering or chatting amongst the plants or greenery around them, a habit she has grown over the years through being able to loosely communicate with the flora her mutation connects her to. This trick of theirs can be quite useful as it allows her to use plants as her eyes in rather tricky places. Sometimes, even, she can be seen calling the plants around them her friends.

UnsympatheticBlythe is a lighthearted and bubbly type of woman who can be quite timid when it comes to meeting new people, having a thick cautionary wall up whenever she comes across anyone she doesn't know, especially if they are not a mutant.Outside of this, when the wall is broken down, Blythe is very open and charismatic; often the chatterbox when something piques her interest. However, the same is said for when something she isn't a fan of is brought up.Like the topic of saving humanity from something threatening to end the world. In this situation, Veronica will more often than not be that someone who will stay out of the fight, regardless of which side is asking for her to join their cause. On the rare occassion she IS convinced to lend a helping hand, mercy is often out of reach for her opponents.(Please note that she has yet to help any of the X-MEN in their endeavors, but does have a friendly relationship with them despite everything.)

BACKGROUND STORY & INFO.

A young orphan from the Victorian era in America who was deemed a wicked being upon her mutation devloping, leading to the girl hiding herself deep within the wooded lands and inevitably become a dark story of sorts used to keep the local children in line. As the years progressed she slowly started coming out to the public world more, but not until after watching them for a while, finding ways to blend in and how to act when around them s the times changed. It didn't take long for her to find herself mingling with others as though she were normal, but just as such, it didn't take any longer for her distaste in humanity to grow bitter — for her heart to grow even colder to the humans of the world.Within the present day, Veronica lives within her little " EDEN " -like home hidden away within one of the more secluded corners of the world, often keeping secret entryways open to visitors, which just so happens to be how she met Charles Xavier and eventually Magneto too. The two of which have been openly welcome within her sanctuary from time to time.She has a history of siding with Magneto on certain occassions, but often keeps to herself due to her being so open about her heavy misanthropy. Especially after seeing their behavior and actions for so long after so many educating years. She's almost been persuaded by the darker foes of the X-MEN, having been tempted by their words of promise, but she's never committed to acting with them, instead having fought along with the X-MEN for the simple sake of protecting the earth and the green life it carries, whom she cherishes and cares for deeply, seeing as the flora and fauna kept her safe and well all these years.

TRIVIA BITS

Veronica feels more things through her powers. In consequence she feels more for the earth and the plants around her than she does people.

The only reason Blythe has never fully committed to using her powers against humanity entirely was because of the X-MEN keeping her level headed and always reminding her that not all humans are bad and that there are innocents out there deserving to live.

Veronica LOVES being barefoot when outside and more often than not can be found "missing" her shoes.

She LOVES collecting bones. *Human, animal, it doesn't matter. The cycle of life has always fascinated her, as she has yet to be touched by death thus far. Within her home, she has a rather large collection of various types of bones. More so skulls than anything else.* These bones pique her curiosity the most.
